Firstly, the starting Process, it starts with either emailing me directly or calling me directly. Then we collaborate together with what is wanted done and after I get the idea of what specifically is wanted I start the creating process.  I will do drafts of what is wanted and make sure with you the customer that I am on the right track to what is wanted  as I take pride in my work and customer satisfaction with me is always 100% guaranteed! Then after getting the ok that the work I provided is what is wanted I have paypal/debit set up on my website for payment, once payment is received  I will immediately send the finished product without the watermark on it to the customer. When it comes to websites I will send all login credentials to the customer upon receiving payment. I also offer a 100% refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason.
